Our goal at Futura is to create a simple, accessible way for teachers to connect with the leadership team for personalized coaching, ranging from understanding the curriculum to improving classroom strategies or time management skills.
We are available to offer support on a variety of topics. Please see the list below the form for topic descriptions.

- Curriculum/Lesson Planning: Support with lesson plans, unit goals, materials, pacing guides, or classroom Spanish use.
- Technology Support: Help navigating the website, staff/parent portal, Google Classroom, Google Slides, accessing the curriculum, or using digital tools (Booklet, Wordwall, Kahoot etc,.)
- Classroom Management and Student Support: Strategies for positive behavior management, classroom routines, and supporting students with diverse needs, including ADHD, autism, and other learning or behavioral differences.
- Futura Intranet Navigation/Resources: Support navigating our Intranet and resources available
- Payroll and Timesheets: Questions about time logs, pay periods, system access, change of direct deposit. Questions about the dependent forms.
- Coaching Plan/Goal Setting: Create or review a personal coaching plan to improve classroom management, engagement, or teaching techniques.
- Time Management/Organization: Guidance on scheduling, prioritizing tasks, balancing teaching duties, and building efficient routines to reduce stress and stay organized.
- Parent and School Communication: Guidance on communicating effectively with school staff or families.
- Professional Growth: 1:1 reflection or discussion on progress, challenges, and professional goals for continued growth.
